Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from Pari Touch or Pari Pulse, part of the PariNest family of apps.

Pari Pulse (family member/manager)

You can permanently delete your account and associated data directly from the app — no need to email us.

1. Open the Pari Pulse app and sign in.
2. Go to your account settings, next to the Sign out option.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.

When you confirm, we immediately and permanently:

• Cancel any active subscription tied to your account
• Remove you as a manager from every senior's account you were monitoring
• Delete your saved push-notification token
• Delete your sign-in credentials and account record

If you've lost access to the app or the in-app option isn't available to you for any reason, email privacy@parinest.com from the address or phone number registered with your account, and let us know your request relates to Pari Pulse. We'll process manual deletion requests within 30 days.

Pari Touch (the person checking in)

There's no in-app self-service deletion for Pari Touch yet. To request deletion:

1. Email privacy@parinest.com from the phone number registered to your account.
2. Put "Delete my account" in the subject line, so your request doesn't get missed.

We'll confirm we've received your request, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Your account, phone number, check-in history, alert threshold setting, and any optional passive activity signal are permanently deleted. Family members you had added will stop receiving alerts about you, since there's no longer an account for them to monitor.

Retention

We don't keep a copy of deleted data beyond the 30-day window above. We don't currently have any legal or regulatory reason to retain check-in or contact data longer than that.
